The room included a kettle with tea and coffee. This was convenient. The restaurant had good variety of foods. I found this excellent.
The hotel bar was cleared for a conference, though there was nowhere to stay after checking out.

The breakfast buffet offered plentiful options. It was nice (it was really nice) to have a pool available. I used the gym, it had essential equipment for a basic workout. A boat trip to Wawel castle was available. I thought it was good value.
The air conditioning in my room did not work effectively. It made the room quite uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day. I believe this needs attention.

The hotel is near the jewish quarter. It has a vibrant atmosphere. The general area felt safe and well kept. Proximity to various restaurants and cafes makes dining convenient. Public transportation access is close.

Staff members were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel organized transport to tours. It made logistics easier. On the morning of my early departure, the staff prepared food bags. This thoughtful gesture i appreciated.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options (I especially loved the waffles). The hotel also had a spa with a pool and jacuzzi. This was a plus after a day of walking.
The gym's equipment looked a little dated.
